About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic and Operations Officer to join our team at TalentPro Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth and Development:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Design and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Quality and Safety:

  1. Develop and implement quality and safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of excellence.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and safety concerns.
  3. Monitor and analyze quality and safety metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
