Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Esthetician Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty treatments, including body care, facials, and relaxation massages. Key Responsibilities
  • Body Care/Treatments: Provide expert body care treatments, including massages and other therapies, to enhance our clients' overall well-being.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
  • Product Sales: Sell our range of beauty products, providing personalized recommendations to clients based on their skin type and concerns.
  • Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Setting: Esthetician's salon or beauty shop/aesthetic service
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and reliability
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
