Focus Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and business analysis, with a strong understanding of project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Elicit and analyze high-level and detailed requirements.
- Design and oversee test plans and cases to ensure project deliverables meet the specified standards.
Requirements:
- Education/Certifications: University degree in a related field with PMP or Prince 2 designation. Business Analyst Certification is desirable.
- Experience: Demonstrated project management experience in projects under $500,000 and 6 months duration. Should have experience in both project management and business analysis, including test planning and execution, requirements management, and operational change management.
- Desired Traits: Experience in utility, crown corporation, or government sectors is beneficial, along with the ability to work with diverse team dynamics.
