Role Overview

In this collaborative role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver campaigns that integrate both digital and traditional marketing channels to generate leads, enhance pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for an experienced marketer who excels at influencing a cross-functional team, collaborating with global marketing counterparts, and serving as a trusted advisor to sales while being recognized as a vital marketing partner to global business and sales stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating revenue, boosting renewals, or enhancing brand awareness through a cohesive go-to-market strategy aligned with specific initiatives, product lines, business units, or target accounts.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that encompass lead generation, lead acceleration, brand awareness, and customer retention, strategically tailored to the customer journey stages. Design and implement the strategy while effectively communicating the efforts to all stakeholders, from team members to executives.
  • Organize meetings and discussions with a broad team of channel specialists, content marketers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify suitable marketing channels and strategies that align with the go-to-market objectives. Engage with customers or partners for valuable feedback to enhance customer focus.
  • Collaborate with various departments across SAS, including product lines and business units, to represent the go-to-market strategy and gather insights to inform the planning process.
  • Analyze success metrics, perform actionable assessments, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and return on investment.
  • Adapt and enhance corporate marketing initiatives to ensure regional messaging is relevant and effectively communicates with the target audience.
  • Actively participate in global peer groups, sharing best practices and collaborating cross-functionally to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, with the aim of achieving consistency worldwide.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, relationship management, or sales within the B2B or technology sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Proven project management and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Work is typically conducted in an office setting.
  • Occasional coordination of onsite events may be required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
