Position Overview... Responsible for overseeing all financial transactions within the store to maintain accuracy and security in cash handling.

Key Responsibilities...

  1. Verifies the correct amount of cash in the financial office at the start and end of each day, ensuring the teller machine is calibrated as needed.
  2. Oversees all monetary assets, including cash registers, ATMs, self-service kiosks, and vending machines.
  3. Manages cash flow by preparing deposit bags for armored transport and reconciling daily business activities.
  4. Organizes and distributes financial reports and logs, addressing any discrepancies and reconciling accounts as necessary.
  5. Reports any cash shortages to management in accordance with established protocols.
  6. Monitors the area for potential theft and security issues, alerting management and loss prevention teams as required.
  7. Ensures the security of the safe when the cash office is not in use and maintains a compliant and secure working environment.

Must be at least 16 years of age.
