Job Title: Personal Care Attendant

Chancellor Park is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to provide personal care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Tuberculosis test
  • Adult Abuse Registry check
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) is required.
