Your Role

As the Financial Planning and Budgeting Manager, you will lead and shape the financial future of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the charge in budget development, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Strategizing and managing budget impacts, offering guidance to senior leadership on enhancement strategies.
  • Preparing multi-year financial plans, identifying risks and opportunities for long-term sustainability.
What You Bring
  • An Honours Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA designation required at the time of hire.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to C-suite and stakeholders.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, with expertise in Public Sector Accounting Standards (highly desirable).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Demonstrated competence in financial modeling and strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
