About the Role

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as casual instructors. As a casual instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses and contribute to the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct classroom/lab instruction and utilize appropriate instructional strategies to maximize student motivation and learning.
  • Evaluate the learning process and provide timely feedback to students.
  • Maintain professional and ethical relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Respond to student issues and concerns.
  • Utilize educational technology to deliver course materials and promote programs.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is considered an asset.
Qualifications
  • Completion of Grade twelve.
  • Related certificate, diploma, or degree.
  • Related professional registration and/or designation.
  • Directly related program experience.
  • Combination of education and experience may be considered.
