Position Overview

Kinsman Construction Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Construction Site Laborer. This position involves various tasks essential to the construction process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated areas.
  • Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assistance in Construction: Aid in aligning pipes during pipeline projects and assist in framing structures, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, often under tight deadlines. Candidates should be prepared for manual tasks that require dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive actions, with potential overtime.

Physical Requirements

Workers should be capable of handling weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and must possess their own steel-toed safety boots.
