Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons (Kahuna Coffee Group). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
