Job Title: Sales Supervisor

ERA KITCHENS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that sales workers are assigned to duties that align with their skills and strengths.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are easily accessible and visible to customers.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
