We are seeking a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. brand who is eager to excel.
As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial role in cultivating a store environment that prioritizes inclusivity and builds meaningful connections with customers. Your responsibilities will include exemplifying service standards, mentoring, and guiding the team to meet store goals, including in-store sales and online orders, as set by the Store Manager. Your success in this position will depend on your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to optimize store performance by consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Drive business success by modeling a shopping experience that promotes exceptional customer service, engaging merchandise displays, and operational integrity to foster customer loyalty.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback as directed by Store Management to enhance team performance.
- Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability within the store and across the district.
- Ensure effective communication with the Store Manager.
- Proficiently manage store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, approachable demeanor when engaging with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
- Driven and motivated to achieve results.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
