Job Title: Preschool Helper

Funtasy Education Inc. is seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool Helper to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified individual to support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our preschool program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs, leading activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
