Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our team at Direct Collision Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Assess Repaired Vehicles

Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure that all work meets our high standards.

Plan and Execute Repair Work

Develop and implement repair plans to ensure efficient and effective completion of repairs.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment

Ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and safe for employees and customers.

Prepare and Paint Auto Body Surfaces

Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, and apply primers and repaint surfaces as needed.

Repair and Replace Damaged Parts

Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.

Operate Equipment and Tools

Use frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment to straighten bent frames.

Meet Physical Demands of the Job

Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Work Environment

Work in a dusty and noisy environment.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player.

Work Conditions
  • Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Language

English.

Hours of Work

35 to 40 hours per week.
