Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at LEA GOOC YAMZON. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to support clients' dietary needs
  • Provide personal care, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
  • Demonstrate infant care and parenting skills to new parents
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure clients' needs are met
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Personal Support Worker certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' changing needs
