Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sales strategies and initiatives to promote growth across all product categories; communicate objectives to the team, monitor store performance consistently, and achieve sales targets.
  • Implement and oversee strategies over time to meet business goals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Recognize shifts in market trends and customer preferences that may influence business outcomes and support the execution of sales tactics.
  • Act as a brand representative in the community to enhance loyalty and business engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and/or District Manager as necessary.
  • Assist in nurturing the team to establish long-term customer relationships that drive business success.
  • Work closely with the Store/District Manager to safeguard and advance business interests.
  • Serve as an advocate for the brand.
  • Establish both short-term and long-term objectives to meet personal performance metrics and enhance store results.
  • Assess team member performance and provide timely feedback; develop and adjust action plans for ongoing improvement in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Address performance issues using effective communication, coaching, and counseling methods.
  • Comply with all retail policies and procedures, including POS and operational standards.
  • Utilize and comprehend Coach's tools and technology to enhance service and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and collaborate with the Store Manager on strategies to retain top talent; manage daily operational responsibilities in line with Coach standards, including sales and service expectations, operations, payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
  • Strategically forecast in conjunction with the Store Manager, planning and budgeting according to business needs.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior condition of the store with support from the corporate office; adhere to all retail policies and procedures.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances with ease and manage risk and uncertainty effectively.
  • Articulate compelling visions of potential outcomes and possibilities.

Team Development:

Integrate individuals into cohesive teams as necessary; Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior management experience in a luxury retail service setting is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Familiarity with retail systems (e.g., labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.) is advantageous.

Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom to deliver exceptional customer service.
Reach above/bend to retrieve products for customers from store fixtures/shelves at various heights and climb ladders/stairs/step-stools for visual merchandising and housekeeping tasks.

Schedule:

Flexibility to work a varied schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, high retail traffic, and significant sales days.
