Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Trailer Mechanic to join our team at Diesel Reefer Truck & Trailer Repair Inc. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair issues with commercial transport trucks and trailers, including engine, transmission, and brake systems.
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
  • Adjust and repair parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service on commercial transport trucks and trailers.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Requirements
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own transportation
