Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as On-Call Education Assistants (School & Student Support A, SSA, EA) at School District #39 (Vancouver).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and personal support to students in a school setting.
  • Assist teachers and other educational staff in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote student success and well-being.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $32.62 per hour
  • 20% in lieu of benefits, if not contributing to MPP
  • 14% in lieu of benefits, if contributing to MPP
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with students in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
