We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our Operations team at Westlake. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and operational performance of our production crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Direct and manage hourly personnel and manufacturing operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to shift personnel, including line setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, with a focus on safety within the production area.
  • Delegate responsibilities and develop the skills and capabilities of all shift personnel.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PVC extrusion manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, administrative, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
