Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
