About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Krishna2128 Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the effective implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective business operations.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business success.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure effective business operations.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 11-15 people to ensure effective business operations and drive team success.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
Personal Suitability
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess flexibility, organization, and initiative to drive business success and achieve organizational objectives.
Work Arrangements
