Role Requirements

We are seeking experienced structural Bridge Engineers with a strong background in managing bridge design and design-build projects. Familiarity with Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors (ATEC) standards, as well as experience with municipal projects in major cities, is highly desirable. This role offers the flexibility to work from multiple locations.

Your expertise in structural engineering, particularly with bridge overpasses, underpasses, and retaining walls, will be crucial in advancing our ongoing projects. You will engage in new bridge construction and maintain existing bridge inventories through inspections, evaluations, rehabilitation efforts, seismic upgrades, and erection engineering. Additionally, your role will encompass aspects of business development, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in large-scale bridge design and construction management projects.
  • A broad technical and business background with direct experience in ATEC standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer registration in Alberta is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support project and client needs.
