Position Overview
As a Junior Consultant at Ignite Management Services, you will apply and refine your interpersonal, analytical, strategic thinking, business management, and leadership capabilities from day one. You will be an integral part of client engagement teams, working closely with seasoned Consultants to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Master the Ignite Methodology for strategic planning and leadership development to effectively lead and support client engagements from inception to completion.
- Synthesize high-level discussions and insights from meetings and interviews into concise, actionable strategic summary reports, often in real-time.
- Collect and analyze relevant data, presenting findings to team members and client stakeholders in clear and compelling reports and presentations.
- Provide project management support, ensuring project schedules are maintained and deliverables are executed efficiently and on time.
- Actively participate in client engagements, facilitating effective communication between the Consultant and the client.
- Coordinate administrative support and event logistics, ensuring all materials and arrangements are prepared for client meetings.

Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Business or a related field; an MBA or professional designation such as CPA is advantageous.
- Experience in consulting or a business management setting.
- Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning abilities.
- Excellent professional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A curious mindset with a desire to innovate and improve processes.
- A collaborative team player who can also think independently.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- A keen interest in leadership development and a commitment to personal growth.
- Professional discretion in maintaining client confidentiality.
