About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be the face of Pandora, representing our brand and values in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and create a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
