Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Assist clients with specific medical needs, such as administering medication or providing wound care.
  • Encourage socialization and community integration through individual and group activities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement client care plans.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements
