About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Taking and Payment: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Menu Recommendations: Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Server at Sushi Mong, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements
