Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve organizational success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and MS PowerPoint.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
