Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our housekeeping team at Travelodge. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Manage the distribution and collection of clean linens and towels.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy objects.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their shift. They will also be required to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
