Research Expert

Cuso International is seeking a highly skilled Research Advisor to join our team in Lima, Peru. As a Research Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and management of research projects on gender, climate change, and intercultural issues.

About the Role

• Assist in the development of research methodologies and data analysis software for researchers associated with the Institute of Ethics and Development (IED).
• Contribute to the systematization of research data produced at the IED on migration, anti-corruption, and human trafficking.
• Support the strengthening of competencies in the use of digital tools and data analysis software for research.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master's degree in a career related to Social Sciences.
• Experience in participating in research projects related to gender, migration, interculturality, and indigenous groups.
