  5. Proficient in navigating and fostering relationships within a large, multifaceted enterprise environment with diverse and potentially conflicting needs.
  6. Demonstrated conceptual thinking with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting capabilities.
  7. Ability to cultivate collaborative working relationships with colleagues and clients to build trust and confidence in the services provided.
  8. Experience in enhancing clients' knowledge and capacity to utilize and apply services effectively.
  9. Prior experience in developing testing strategies and coordinating testing efforts.
  10. Understanding of project management methodologies.
  11. Experience with organizational change management processes.
  12. Background in the healthcare sector.
  13. Possession of a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.
  14. A degree or diploma in Computer Science.
  15. Willingness to work from the corporate office.
