We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse.
This not only benefits the environment but also provides our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team.
As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you'll play a critical role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, including sorting, pricing, and displaying items.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in inventory management and control processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory levels.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
