Key Responsibilities:
- Process, merchandise, and sell goods received in a timely and accurate manner.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer service environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, employee performance, and inventory levels.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of six months of experience in a retail setting involving customer contact, merchandising, and cash register transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales results.
