About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales to Service Team Member to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the appraisal of vehicles and communicate ownership options to service clients, with a goal of 90% success rate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, determining each client's vehicle needs through active listening and questioning.
  • Demonstrate the value of current vehicles and upgrade options to clients, facilitating a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Process purchase paperwork for clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and specifications, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Utilize effective closing techniques to drive sales growth, seeking support from management as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, setting goals for monthly productivity and organizing strategies to achieve them.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, maintaining a collaborative and friendly work environment.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in internet and MS Office applications, as well as the ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Current VSA MDC License (or willingness to obtain one).
