Job Title: Digital Electronics Design Engineer

PerkinElmer is a global leader in analytical services and solutions, serving the biopharma, food, environmental, safety, and applied end markets. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Electronics Design Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronics for new and existing products, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Conduct testing and evaluations to verify and validate design performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
  • Work with scientists and engineers to prove out designs and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Provide technical insight to minimize risk and maximize opportunity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of recent design engineering experience in a high-tech environment.
  • Mixed signal design experience is mandatory, with high voltage power supply design experience being a strong asset.
  • Ability to create and analyze advanced analog and digital circuit designs using state-of-the-art components.
  • Experience with IPC standards and PCB manufacturing from an electronic design perspective.
  • Hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting PCBAs is mandatory.
