About the Role

Finnie Distributing (1997) Inc. is seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Factory Labourer. This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers to meet production goals.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. The successful candidate will be required to work in a factory setting with exposure to odours, heat, cold, and dirty conditions.

Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding work that requires standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
