Lead Engineer

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our sales team, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with regional sales managers and local representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide commercial engineering support in an assigned region, including generating budget and firm proposals, process designs, and process & instrumentation designs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional sales managers and local representatives, assisting with sales calls, design kick-off meetings, and value engineering reviews.
- Prepare timely and accurate budgetary proposals, process designs, and final bid proposals.
- Apply costing and process design strategies to position the company for success in the early stages of project development.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in water or wastewater engineering or equipment supply field, preferably with knowledge of membrane process equipment.
- Ability to read and understand bid/proposal specifications, both from a technical and commercial perspective.
