About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture and/or managing operations teams. You'll be responsible for managing the health and reliability of Conga's cloud infrastructure and production systems, while managing a team of reliability engineers. You'll help design, build, operate, and own overall technical relationships between multiple organizational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure, AWS, or IBM platforms
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for cloud solutions, migrations, and cloud-native deployments
- Collect requirements, design plans, and build solutions to improve availability, performance, scalability, uptime, and response times
- Define technical milestones and develop CAPEX/OPEX cost models with an emphasis on cloud maturity modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation
- 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture and/or managing operations teams
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (network infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud delivery models)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
