Sheet Metal Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our team at Benkin Sheet Metal 2008 Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for measuring and marking sheet metal according to templates, operating metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal, and inspecting products to ensure quality and conformity to specification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates
  • Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification
  • Cut materials using power tools or by hand
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
