Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Project Management Services Supervisor is to assist the construction team in various aspects, including:

  • Design development
  • Cost estimation
  • Documentation management
  • Technical and site support

As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of new projects, encompassing due diligence, feasibility studies, and execution.
  • Coordinate with professionals involved in the project.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company regarding project scope.
  • Collect and manage information and correspondence related to construction project development.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and Sub-Contracts.
  • Manage the bidding process.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A degree in Architectural Technology or Engineering.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software is an asset.
