The role of the Printing Supervisor involves overseeing the production process within a dynamic printing environment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and team management.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Generate and manage production reports.
- Oversee and guide team members and project workflows.
- Facilitate training sessions or organize training for staff.
- Coordinate and schedule operational activities effectively.
- Develop strategies to meet production timelines.
- Propose improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
This position entails supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and demanding work setting.
- Requires a keen attention to detail.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Position is permanent in nature.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are 35 hours per week.
