We are seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our client's established team in the education sector. This is an excellent environment with opportunities for advancement.

About the Role:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will work closely with the Administration office, reporting to the Senior Accountant and CFO. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing accounts receivable and collections of tuition payments
  • Processing cash applications and staff payroll
  • Performing general accounting duties, including accounts payable and bank reconciliations
  • Providing ad-hoc support as requested by Administration
  • Utilizing Paymate and Business Vision systems
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in general accounting with receivables and payroll responsibilities
  • Similar ERP experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong aptitude for learning new technology tools
  • Excellent attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills
  • Tactful, respectful, dependable, and reliable
