Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Piccadilly Indian Cuisine Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Oversee the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring they are working together to prepare and portion food to the highest standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring we maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Piccadilly Indian Cuisine Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet demanding kitchen schedules. You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
