Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in Quick Books, MS Office, and spreadsheet software.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Familiarity with scanner equipment.
  • Area of Specialization: Accounting and financial management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized, and effective time management.
