Inspired by a mix of rock 'n' roll and 80s culture, the brand aims to deliver an entertaining and nostalgic experience. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily activities to ensure smooth operations, maintaining the quality and consistency of our poutine offerings.
- Develop and implement service procedures, ensuring quick and efficient service tailored to our fast-paced environment.
- Hire and train new team members, ensuring they understand the preparation standards, customer service expectations, and safety protocols unique to our poutine shop.
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours, and regularly evaluate staff performance to maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, monitor daily sales and revenue, and adjust pricing or procedures as necessary to maximize profitability.
- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to, especially in food preparation and handling.
- Work with suppliers to secure the best quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices, ensuring a steady supply of the items needed for our menu.
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience in a restaurant/food service setting.
- Proven customer service experience as a supervisor/manager.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and crew member.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- $18/hr
