Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Hopewell Exterior Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and structures, ensuring a safe and controlled environment.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, performing routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, with attention to safety protocols.
