We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our professional team at Cooper Equipment Rentals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing rental requests, and maintaining inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, process rental requests, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, document on-site inventories, and communicate findings to staff daily.
- Rental Contracting: Process new rental contracts daily, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Coordination and Dispatch: Coordinate with the service department on rental equipment and service/repair issues, and dispatch drivers to deliver equipment to customer job sites.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in the customer service industry or construction industry, with a strong background in inventory control and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
