Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Progressive Drywall Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of construction workers.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
