Associate Director Job Description

As a key member of our Plative team, you will report to our Senior Director of Salesforce Delivery and lead a Salesforce consulting team focusing on Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud advisory and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing delivery team, focusing on building and nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive commercial success by validating project opportunities, ensuring proper scoping, sizing, staffing, and pricing.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to bring in new business, develop go-to-market strategies, and demonstrate thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex Salesforce projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering full-lifecycle implementations and integrated solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and email/SMS marketing best practices.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud certifications.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-suite.
