Job Summary

CHAMPS ACADEMY BJJ is seeking a skilled and dedicated Jujitsu Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality martial arts training to students of all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Manage training schedules and ensure smooth class operations
    • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Instruction and Coaching
    • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for students of all skill levels
    • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Assist in planning and executing martial arts events and tournaments
    • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure successful event execution
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
    • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency and quality in instruction
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Will train and develop skills in martial arts instruction
  • Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
