Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of activities, from assisting on the sales floor to conceptualizing promotional strategies. If you thrive in a supportive role that enhances the shopping experience for our customers, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute merchandising plans aimed at increasing sales
  • Design appealing product presentations to capture customer attention
  • Examine sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify products for retention or replacement
  • Manage inventory levels effectively
  • Coordinate promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and clearance sales to maximize revenue and manage stock
  • Serve as a communication bridge between customers and the company
  • Analyze competitors' pricing strategies, marketing efforts, and profit margins
  • Restock merchandise as necessary
  • Commit to 10 to 15 hours per month, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in merchandising or retail environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to interpret data and forecast retail trends
  • Familiarity with industry-specific marketing techniques
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
